Application example “Buses and Trucks”

Electrically-propelled road vehicles are increasingly gaining importance. Here drive units for small and large commercial vehicles and for hybrid applications are of particular interest. In applications with frequent stop and go, such as in refuse collection vehicles or city buses, energy can be recovered using hybrid technology. Auxiliary drives are frequently used for fans and electro-hydraulic steering.
