Regarding product quality and reliability we offer our business partners many years of application experience. Starting with the design phase we are at their disposal as a competent partner. At this early stage of the product development the foundation for a reliable series product is laid.

We set the standards within our field of business - even our suppliers are integrated in the quality assurance process, and are monitored and audited frequently. These tools are critical in maintaining our high quality level and keeping our delivery performance up to the expectations of our customers.

Our Employees
Schabmüller was founded in 1924 as a family-owned company. Today it is one of the largest employers of the region. The familiar relation and the mutual fair dealing have formed the company over decades and have contributed to its success.
We attach great importance to the inclusion of all employees and take care of the necessary training. Only qualified and highly-motivated employees with the ability to work in teams meet the requirements to resist the fierce competition against vendors of low-cost countries. Our employees are aware that they significantly contribute to the safeguarding of their jobs with their personal performance.

Our Quality Management- System
We early began to consolidate our quality activities in a company-wide quality system.
In 1996 we implemented the certification according to DIN ISO 9001:1994 with the help of Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI). After the revision of the standard to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 we aligned our quality system to develop a process oriented organisation. In 2002 we began applying important quality tools of the TS16949 (e.g. PDLP, PPAP, PSW). The consistent realization of these tools in all processes ensures a high quality standard.
Every product leaving our premises passes a quality inspection with high-technological measuring and testing equipment. Our objective is the direct delivery of our products to the customers supply chain and thus reducing the indirect costs to a minimum.
